Mr. Davis has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets and over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate overall.  At Metropolis AMA Advisors he is primarily focused on conventional multifamily, affordable housing, and manufactured housing.  He specializes in creative high-leverage structures with multiple tranches of debt and equity, both for development deals and stabilized assets.  Mr. Davis has placed more than $2 billion in senior and mezzanine debt over the course of his advisory career.  Prior to joining AMA, he worked in originations at CBRE, Lument, and Walker and Dunlop .  He was a Senior Producer with Freddie Mac from 2011-2013, during which he structured and closed the largest transaction in that GSE’s history at the time.  Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Mr. Davis worked in real estate private equity acquisitions for several Washington DC based firms.
