J.P. joined Metropolis-AMA Advisors in 2024 and is an Associate on the team. He plays an active role in supporting live transactions, working closely with clients and capital providers to manage the flow of information and deal timelines. His duties include performing feasibility analyses on properties and underwriting of property values, researching and collecting property data for prospecting purposes, and assisting with the firm’s marketing efforts.
